The Opportunity:

As a Primary STEAM Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging and innovative curriculum that combines science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. You will inspire young learners and contribute to a school that values creativity, collaboration, and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement age-appropriate STEAM curricula aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Deliver high-quality instruction using inquiry-based and project-based learning methodologies.
  • Integrate educational technologies, coding, robotics, and engineering tools into daily lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance cross-curricular projects.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Participate in staff development and professional learning communities.
  • Support the school’s mission of 'Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters' through innovative teaching practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or a related field.
  • Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
  • Experience with inquiry-based or project-based learning.
  • Proficiency in educational technologies, coding, robotics, or engineering tools.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of age-appropriate STEAM curricula.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with AI and robotics education.
  • Experience with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages.
