Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Use digital tools and technologies to enhance learning and student outcomes
  • Provide effective, personalized feedback to students to support their progress and development
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments of student performance and progress
  • Work with parents to support student achievement and maintain strong communication
  • Address behavior concerns using a restorative approach in line with the school’s policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or a British Curriculum school
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and current assessment practices
  • Experience with data systems, student tracking, intervention, and assessment
  • Commitment to outstanding teaching and learning
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues

Preferred

  • Experience in English language acquisition or early literacy development
  • Familiarity with the International School’s Partnership (ISP) and its teaching methodologies
  • Experience with the use of digital tools and technologies in the classroom
