Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum tailored to the needs of all students.
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Maintain high standards of assessment and record pupil progress effectively.
• Provide excellent pastoral care and support for students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Participate actively in the school’s co-curricular and extra-curricular programs.
• Attend assemblies, staff meetings, parent evenings, and other school functions.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and colleagues to support student success.
• Uphold a high standard of timekeeping, professional behavior, and personal presentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• University degree and UK Post Graduate Certificate of Education (or equivalent).
• Qualified Teacher Status with a minimum of three years of teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum and EYFS Framework for Early Years roles.
• Demonstrated subject knowledge and ability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Experience working with students who have English as a Second Language (ESOL) needs is desirable.

Preferred

• Experience in an international school environment.
• Strong ICT skills and the ability to use technology to enhance learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
