The Opportunity:

As an Inclusion Teacher (SEN), you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs through personalized learning, differentiated instruction, and the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver adapted teaching and differentiated instruction to support diverse learners
• Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and classroom teachers to ensure student success
• Provide ongoing assessment and documentation of student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to support student growth
• Participate in professional learning and development opportunities
• Contribute to the school’s mission of inclusion and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting students with SEND
• Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy, intervention strategies, and IEP implementation
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Preferred

• SEN training or specialist certification
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary Inclusion team
• Familiarity with international curricula and educational standards
