Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students with additional needs.
• Deliver adapted teaching and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and teachers to provide holistic support for students.
• Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with families and colleagues.
• Create inclusive and engaging learning environments that promote student growth and well-being.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities provided by the school and ISP.
• Support the school’s mission of continuous improvement and international-mindedness.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting students with SEND
• Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy and IEP implementation
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Preferred

• SEN training or specialist certification
• Experience with differentiated instruction and intervention strategies
• Experience working in an international school setting
