• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Primary-trained teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years of successful Primary teaching experience
• Strong understanding of effective pedagogy and international best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness

Preferred

• Experience with inquiry-based teaching methods
• Experience in a diverse, international school environment
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework
• Experience with curriculum development and differentiation
• Leadership or mentoring experience
