Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that promote critical thinking and creativity
• Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the Primary team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Support the school's mission of continuous improvement and student success
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure student progress and engagement
• Participate in professional development and global learning opportunities through ISP

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Primary-trained teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
• Minimum 3 years of successful Primary teaching experience
• Strong understanding of effective pedagogy and international best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience with inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methods
• Experience working in an international school environment
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme or Common Core Standards
• Experience with safeguarding and inclusion initiatives
