The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, challenging, and rewarding lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student-centered learning.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learners, including those for whom English is not their first language.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the strategic and academic growth of the school.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events.
  • Support the school’s mission by promoting respect, academic excellence, and an international mindset.
  • Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recognised teaching qualification with at least two years of recent experience in Primary education.
  • Experience teaching within the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid EU passport/status or TIE.
  • Proven experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Leadership experience or interest in contributing to school development.
  • Additional subject expertise in areas such as Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Music, PE, Art, Drama, or Computing.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
