Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Support the development of pupils’ academic and personal growth.

- Plan and prepare resources in line with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to support learning.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a valid teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in primary education.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience in a school with a strong focus on character development and pastoral care.
- Knowledge of teaching in a mixed-ability environment.
