Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a diverse range of school events and commercial activities.
• Oversee the operational delivery and logistics of events.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
• Ensure effective financial and administrative management of event budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in managing large-scale events in a multi-site environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with budget management and supplier negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Competence with AV/technical equipment or willingness to learn.
• Experience in the education sector or event management within an institutional setting.
