A school is seeking a passionate and inspiring RE Teacher to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to teach A-Level and contribute to the school's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality RE lessons that are engaging, thought-provoking, and aligned with the school’s Catholic ethos.
• Teach A-Level RE and support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and innovate the RE curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
• Provide pastoral support to students and contribute to their overall spiritual and moral development.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that reflect the school’s values and mission.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and growth.
• Engage in professional development and continue to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
• Experience teaching RE at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

• Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in pastoral care or student support.
• Familiarity with Catholic education and theology.
• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes.
