The Opportunity:
As a Reflections Manager, you will support students in overcoming barriers to learning and helping them reach their full potential. This role is vital in promoting positive behavior and academic progress, with a focus on student development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate support provision for students needing help with learning and behavior.
- Work closely with senior staff to develop and implement strategies for student improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
- Deliver targeted interventions to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure consistent support.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages high standards of behavior.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the school by supporting its mission and values.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in a similar role within education, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and support students with diverse needs.
- Commitment to promoting positive behavior and academic achievement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in pastoral care or student support.
- Knowledge of strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
- Experience in a high-performing school or academy trust.
- Familiarity with educational frameworks and best practices in student development.
