As a Reflections Manager, you will support students in overcoming barriers to learning and helping them reach their full potential. This role is vital in promoting positive behavior and academic progress, with a focus on student development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate support provision for students needing help with learning and behavior.
  • Work closely with senior staff to develop and implement strategies for student improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure consistent support.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages high standards of behavior.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a similar role within education, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and support students with diverse needs.
  • Commitment to promoting positive behavior and academic achievement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience in a high-performing school or academy trust.
  • Familiarity with educational frameworks and best practices in student development.
