The Opportunity:

Join a newly opened and growing school at its brand-new site with outstanding facilities. As a Reprographics Technician, you will support teaching staff with reprographics needs and contribute to the smooth running of the school’s admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff with reprographics needs, ensuring all materials are available for lessons.
• Manage student lost property and oversee the ‘nearly new shop’.
• Provide administrative support to the general admin team, including covering reception when needed.
• Maintain a secure and pleasant learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies.
• Identify and address emerging administrative gaps in a proactive manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic ICT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for students.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a school or reception setting.
• Experience with reprographics or administrative tasks in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of student management systems or similar software.
