As a School Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development. You will provide guidance, counseling, and social-emotional support to help students reach their full potential within a dynamic and internationally focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to support their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement student support plans.
• Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to ensure student success.
• Deliver social-emotional learning programs and workshops to students and staff.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and reports.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Support students in navigating academic challenges and setting personal goals.
• Stay current with best practices in school counseling and student support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A master’s degree in School Counseling or a related subject.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB curriculum.
• Strong understanding of best practices in education and technology-enhanced learning.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Passion for education and commitment to student growth and development.
