Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in science or a related field.
• Strong academic background in science.
• Experience or potential to teach science across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Ability to personalise teaching using data-driven strategies.

Preferred

• Experience with Education with Character curriculum.
• Experience in delivering a broad and balanced science curriculum.
• Experience in working within a multi-academy trust.
• Experience with flexible working arrangements.
