Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and understanding.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the science curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

- Stay up to date with developments in science education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
- Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong track record of successful outcomes in student achievement.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching English as a second language.
- Background in curriculum development or leadership within a science department.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
- Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or collaborative educational environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range (£32,916 - £51,048 per annum).
