Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education
• Commitment to student progress and school improvement
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and use data effectively
• Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative setting

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Experience with curriculum development
• Familiarity with Ofsted inspection processes
• Strong record of student achievement and progression
