The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our highly regarded Science Department. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students of all abilities and backgrounds, while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and engage students.
- Support students in achieving outstanding academic outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Provide individualised support to students to help them reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A teaching degree, QTS, PGCE/PGDE or equivalent recognised for teaching in the UK.
- Commitment to delivering teaching of the highest standard.
- Experience or willingness to teach Physics is an advantage.
- Passion for Science and a desire to inspire students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging Science curriculum.
- Demonstrated success in raising student achievement and aspirations.
