The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and engage students.
• Support students in achieving outstanding academic outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Provide individualised support to students to help them reach their full potential.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A teaching degree, QTS, PGCE/PGDE or equivalent recognised for teaching in the UK.
• Commitment to delivering teaching of the highest standard.
• Experience or willingness to teach Physics is an advantage.
• Passion for Science and a desire to inspire students.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering engaging Science curriculum.
• Demonstrated success in raising student achievement and aspirations.
