Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for IGCSE and A Level Biology.

• Monitor and assess student progress using a variety of assessment methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Stay up to date with advancements in science education and incorporate technology into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Science / Biology
• PGCE in Education
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in secondary education
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full understanding and support of the school’s mission and philosophy

Preferred

• QTS qualification
• Experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Biology
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
