The Opportunity:

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting student well-being and academic success. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and administration to provide psychological support services and enhance learning outcomes for students across all stages of education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop individualized support plans for students with diverse needs.
• Provide counseling and intervention services to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student development and well-being.
• Support staff training on mental health awareness and strategies.
• Contribute to creating a positive school climate that promotes student growth and success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a school psychologist or in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Familiarity with the United Kingdom curriculum.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills.
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, teachers, and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school environment.
• Experience with the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions tailored to diverse student populations.
