The Opportunity:
A school in Kuwait is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to support Key Stage 1 & 2 students. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and inspiring young learners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 & 2 students
- Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the National Curriculum for England
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to support student progress
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Support the school’s mission, values, and educational philosophy
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- PGCE in Education
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in secondary education
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- UK Citizenship
Preferred
- QTS qualification
- Experience with teaching in an international or British curriculum setting
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning
- Experience with child safeguarding and welfare practices
