The Opportunity:

As a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching and supervision across both Primary and Secondary phases. You will support learning, deliver engaging lessons, and maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subject areas and age groups.
• Maintain continuity of learning and ensure a positive classroom environment.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times.
• Support students' academic progress and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and provide flexible support where needed.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and lesson delivery.
• Promote the school's values and ethos through all interactions with students and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
• Proven ability to teach across multiple age groups and subjects.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Experience in delivering lessons in a school setting.

Preferred

• Experience with the British curriculum or international education systems.
• Fluency in Catalan or Spanish language.
• Experience with IGCSE or IB Diploma curriculum.
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different phases of education.
