The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, creative and dynamic lessons aligned with the GCSE and IB syllabus.
  • Promote independent learning and critical thinking in students through practical and engaging activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in teaching Humanities at Key Stage 3 and beyond.
  • Experience in delivering the GCSE and IB syllabus for your subject.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with a proven ability to design engaging and effective lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula such as the IB or IGCSE.
  • Familiarity with teaching in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives and curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan language skills.
