Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate assessments and ensure consistency in teaching practices across the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Education.
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of international curricula and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience in managing or coordinating teaching teams.
• Familiarity with STEM-based enrichment programs.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
