The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum development and ensure alignment with international standards.
  • Support and mentor teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance to ensure continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement school-wide educational strategies and initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or Education.
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience at the secondary level.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or coordinating a department or team.
  • Strong knowledge of international curricula and assessment standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate students and staff towards achieving academic goals.

Preferred

  • Experience with international education systems and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Familiarity with STEM-based enrichment programs.
  • Experience in curriculum design and academic leadership roles.
