Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Wales.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, identifying and addressing any safeguarding concerns.
• Participate in professional development initiatives to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement and participation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Secondary Inclusion Teacher with a specialism in Mathematics.
• Relevant teaching qualification such as B.Ed. or PGCE.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics in a Secondary classroom setting.
• Full working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Wales.
• Strong understanding of pastoral care and student support strategies.
• Ability to identify and address safeguarding concerns.

Preferred

• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Background in inclusive education or differentiated instruction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
