Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons to students across all key stages.
• Use data to inform teaching and support the learning needs of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Contribute to the wider curriculum and support the school’s vision and values.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their emotional and academic wellbeing.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities.
• Engage in extra-curricular activities and school events.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A good honours degree.
• A QTS or PGCE teaching qualification, preferably from the UK.
• Minimum of two years’ experience of teaching.
• Ability to teach Mathematics through to A level.
• Willingness to teach other science subjects to KS3 and/or KS4.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care.

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Experience in a British curriculum school.
• Experience in a school with a strong focus on safeguarding and student welfare.
• Experience in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.
