Key Responsibilities:

• Support the well-being and welfare of pupils in the boarding house
• Assist with domestic and administrative duties related to boarding house operations
• Communicate professionally with parents, Houseparents, and school staff
• Ensure compliance with the school’s policies and procedures
• Work closely with Heads of Boarding to deliver high standards of care and support
• Maintain a positive and engaging environment for students
• Assist with the implementation of boarding house events and activities
• Provide regular updates to management on student welfare and boarding house performance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Good sense of humour and patience
• Computer literacy and experience with school management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to student welfare and a caring attitude towards children

Preferred

• Previous experience in a boarding or educational setting
• Experience with child welfare and pastoral care
• Knowledge of school policies and procedures
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Familiarity with educational enrichment programs
