The Opportunity:

As a Senior Events Manager, you will lead and deliver a wide range of events, courses, and camps, playing a key role in driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences across a dynamic and well-equipped campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a motivated and customer-focused culture
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of events from planning and sales through to delivery and evaluation
  • Drive sales and promote events, courses, and camps to grow revenue and market reach
  • Ensure seamless event delivery, acting as a key on-site contact for operational excellence
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up
  • Oversee bookings, contracts, and accurate system management
  • Produce financial and performance reports, including forecasting and insights
  • Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and legal requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in events, hospitality, or commercial operations
  • Experience managing and developing teams to achieve results
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

  • Experience with event planning and delivery in an educational or similar setting
  • Background in safeguarding or compliance management
  • Experience in developing new business opportunities and partnerships

Compensation & Benefits:
