The Opportunity:

As a Site Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of a school’s facilities, maintaining a safe and clean environment for students and staff. This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a high-performing institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general maintenance, cleaning, and security services across the school site.
• Ensure all safety and maintenance checks are logged accurately on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure all areas of the school are maintained to a high standard.
• Respond promptly to any maintenance or safety issues that arise.
• Support the school in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.
• Work collaboratively with the Trust’s facilities team to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist with the implementation of health and safety procedures.
• Monitor and report on the condition of school buildings and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or security services within an educational setting.
• Ability to use and log information on electronic reporting systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work across all areas of the school site.

Preferred

• Experience working in a school or educational environment.
• Previous experience with maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends if required.
• Experience with the use of cleaning or maintenance equipment.
