Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for students across all levels.
- Deliver individual and team-based training sessions tailored to specific sports and performance goals.
- Support high performance students in their athletic development and pathway planning.
- Collaborate with the Games Department to enhance the school’s sporting program and facilities.
- Assist with pastoral duties in the boarding houses and across the school.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support student needs.
- Promote movement literacy and athletic development across the school community.
- Contribute to the delivery of a varied and inclusive sporting program that caters to all abilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Graduate with a focus on Athletic Development or related field.
- Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred
- Experience in Athletic Development or Movement Literacy.
- Previous coaching or sports development experience.
- Interest in gaining Level 3 or Level 5 coaching qualifications.
- Familiarity with Benedictine values and community-based education.
