Key Responsibilities:

Support students in their academic and personal development
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to address student needs
Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing
Provide guidance and support to students in a variety of situations
Assist in the delivery of pastoral care and support services
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a consistent approach to student support
Organise and participate in student engagement activities
Maintain accurate records and reports related to student support

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience working with young people in a secondary school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Experience working with parents and external agencies
