Key Responsibilities:

• Support the pastoral and social development of students, including those with special educational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS1 or KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and promote student engagement.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

• Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
• Experience with pastoral care and supporting students with special educational needs.
• Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices.
• Experience with teaching in a multi-cultural setting.
