Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English.
- Experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Commitment to student progress and inclusion.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience with Early Career Teacher (ECT) development.
- Experience in delivering English as a Second Language (ESL) support.
- Familiarity with digital and creative media technologies in teaching.
- Passion for English literature and language.
- Experience in pastoral care and student support.
