Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote student well-being and progress through regular communication and guidance.
  • Contribute to assessments, reports, and student records in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and student welfare.
  • Experience working in the primary, secondary, or college sector.
  • Experience in state or independent school environments.
  • Ability to create and review learning resources for online delivery.
  • Computer literate with experience using online teaching tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of effective student engagement strategies in your subject area.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching Business and Economics up to KS5.
  • Familiarity with IGCSE and A Level curricula.
  • Experience in online or remote teaching environments.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
