Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the delivery of lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support.

- Manage time efficiently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, often outdoor environment.
Preferred
- Experience in special educational needs support or inclusion work.
- Familiarity with curriculum-based teaching and learning strategies.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
