Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, often outdoor environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in special educational needs support or inclusion work.
  • Familiarity with curriculum-based teaching and learning strategies.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
