Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, strategic leadership to ensure the Trust's vision for high-quality and inclusive education is realized.
- Ensure accountability and assurance for the Trust’s operations, performance, and financial management.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and local communities.
- Support the development and implementation of policies that promote educational excellence and inclusion.
- Oversee the welfare of pupils and staff, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in meetings, visits, and training to fulfill the Trust’s obligations and responsibilities.
- Contribute to the governance and decision-making processes that shape the Trust’s future.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A commitment to improving educational outcomes for young people.
- Willingness to engage in training and development provided by the Trust.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Trust.
Preferred
- Experience in primary and secondary education.
- Background in special educational needs and inclusion.
- Experience in finance, audit, or business leadership.
- Experience in HR or people development.
