The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ICT and Business Teacher to join a dynamic department and contribute to the development of the Key Stage curriculum. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on student learning and achievement in a school that values high standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality ICT and Business lessons aligned with the Key Stage curriculum.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to raise student standards and support curriculum development.
• Liaise with management to ensure alignment with school goals and student outcomes.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential through engaging and innovative teaching.
• Support the school's commitment to continuous professional development and student success.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm, focused learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community through shared best practices and teamwork.
• Participate in weekly CPD sessions focused on enhancing teaching and learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in ICT and Business.
• Proven experience in teaching at Key Stage levels.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their targets.
• Confidence and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
• Commitment to promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.

Preferred

• Experience with continuous professional development and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
• Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
• Passion for fostering student independence and success.
