Summary:

Join a school trust as an Academy Administrator Level 3 and support the Business Services team in Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.

The Opportunity:

As an Academy Administrator Level 3, you will support the Business Services team through the next phase of growth in multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Services team in the management of academy operations across multiple locations.
  • Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with trust and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with academy leaders to drive continuous improvement in administrative processes.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with trust standards.
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of academies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build positive relationships and ensure the needs of the school community are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within an education setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to the values of the school trust, including humility, kindness and a focus on mastery and purpose.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or large educational organisation.
  • Familiarity with school operations and governance procedures.
  • Experience with flexible working arrangements and remote working.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
  • Experience in supporting professional development and staff training.
