Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching that inspires a love of learning and drives academic achievement

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods
- Support the school’s leadership programme and promote charitable and social action among students

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement
- Demonstrated experience in driving pupil outcomes and engagement
Preferred
- Experience in innovation and creativity within the classroom
- Background in leadership or character development programmes
- Experience working in a faith-based or multi-faith environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
