The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior administrator with a range of administrative tasks
  • Manage and maintain accurate files and records
  • Prepare and produce reports as required
  • Handle day-to-day reception duties with professionalism
  • Coordinate communication with students, parents, and staff
  • Assist with the smooth running of school operations
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the school reception

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Hardworking, friendly, and dependable nature
  • Ability to build rapport with young people

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or education setting
  • Familiarity with educational software and systems
  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN) or similar environments
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in schools
