Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of school events and activities.
- Support the school's mission by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for students.
- Ensure effective use of resources and maintain a high standard of service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with additional needs or Educational Health Care Plans.
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience in a school or community-based organization.
- Understanding of educational frameworks and support systems.
