Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the school.
  • Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of school events and activities.
  • Support the school's mission by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for students.
  • Ensure effective use of resources and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience working with students with additional needs or Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience in a school or community-based organization.
  • Understanding of educational frameworks and support systems.
