The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Manager, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling new students, ensuring a seamless and professional admissions experience for families. This is a dynamic and impactful position that requires excellent organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to maintaining the school’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Admissions Team and work closely with the Principal and Head of Admissions to recruit students.
  • Provide regular updates on admissions data to the Principal, CO, and SLT.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to implement a PR and marketing strategy for student recruitment.
  • Conduct monthly reports summarising the successes and changes in the Admissions department.
  • Manage the application approvals process with the Principal, Heads of School, and the SEN team.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department to issue invoices for new students and ensure data accuracy on NetSuite and CRM systems.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service for all admissions-related inquiries.
  • Develop and conduct school tours for prospective families.
  • Oversee the registration of students on KHDA/ADEK school systems and maintain student files.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in a related service delivery industry
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business and educational software
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

Preferred

  • Previous experience in admissions
  • Experience with international student recruitment
  • Knowledge of KHDA/ADEK requirements and procedures
  • Experience with CRM and ISAMs systems
