The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Officer - Visits, Events and Pupil Registry, you will play a key role in attracting and admitting students who will benefit from the school’s unique educational experience. This is a vital position that supports the school’s mission and ensures a high standard of admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate school visits, open days, and admissions events.
  • Maintain and update the pupil registry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the Deputy Head Development and Admissions in all aspects of the admissions process.
  • Engage with prospective families and provide detailed information about the school.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Monitor and report on admissions statistics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all school policies and legal requirements related to admissions.
  • Contribute to the overall pastoral and nurturing ethos of the school.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in admissions or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing databases or pupil records.
