As an After-School Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing safe, engaging, and enriching care for children during the after-school hours. This is a part-time, term-time only position that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide children in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Ensure the well-being, safety, and positive development of all children.
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive play experiences and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and communicate with parents when necessary.
  • Support the delivery of a diverse range of co-curricular activities.
  • Uphold the school’s values and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and structured after-school hub.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture for all children.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in child care or education.
  • Experience working with infants or juniors in a teaching or coaching role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the safety and well-being of children.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage a busy environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in specialist areas such as dance, languages, Forest School, yoga, or tennis.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for delivering enriching activities.
  • Previous experience in an after-school setting or similar environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pro-rated salary of £3,704.20 per annum.
  • Flexible, term-time only working hours.
