Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support student progress.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Art and Photography to ensure a dynamic and relevant teaching practice.
• Support students with special educational needs and ensure inclusive teaching practices.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the wider life of the institution.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and monitor their progress effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Art and Photography.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Experience in curriculum design and delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching students with special educational needs.
