Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality maths lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement

- Support the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the maths curriculum
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Provide pastoral support to students where appropriate
- Stay up to date with developments in maths education and pedagogy
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant maths subject knowledge
- Proven experience in teaching maths at a secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods
- Familiarity with exam requirements and assessment strategies
- Experience in mentoring or supporting new teachers
- Involvement in extracurricular activities or maths-related clubs
