Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic and operational leadership.
- Support the setting, monitoring, and improvement of academic and pastoral standards across the school.
- Maximize opportunities for collaboration with other schools within The Circle Trust.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development for staff.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
- Ensure the school maintains its high standards of behaviour and discipline.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and initiatives.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to the school’s ethos of 'Excellence for All'.
- Experience in managing and developing staff and school operations.
Preferred
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative structure.
- Experience with performance management and professional development systems.
- Experience in pastoral care and student welfare.
- Knowledge of best practice in teaching and learning.
