The Opportunity:

As an Assistant Principal (Extension), you will lead and develop programs that extend learning beyond the academic curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the school calendar, diary, and scheduling of events.
• Oversee and enhance Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and Sport & Exercise programs.
• Coordinate internal and external competitions, extra-curricular activities, and clubs.
• Lead and support the planning of trips, expeditions, and experiential learning opportunities.
• Manage liaison with Concord Plus+ and oversee Libraries & Research.
• Support the development of scholarships and enrichment programs for students.
• Ensure effective communication with students, parents, and staff across all levels.
• Contribute to the leadership of future areas such as Examinations, Data Tracking, and Higher Education Counselling.

• Proven leadership experience in a school environment.
• Strong academic background and subject knowledge.
