Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of curriculum and non-curriculum teams.
- Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of education.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement.
- Provide leadership and line management to staff within assigned portfolios.
- Evaluate the impact of strategies and ensure positive outcomes for students.
- Support the delivery of the school’s vision and mission across all areas of the institution.
- Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing professional development of staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within education.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to raising standards and student achievement.
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in a school setting.
Preferred
- Experience in leading curriculum development or improvement projects.
- Familiarity with multi-academy trust structures and operations.
- Experience with school improvement and Ofsted inspection processes.
- Knowledge of current educational policies and best practices.
- Experience in pastoral care and student support.
